Home & Pick-Up Delivery Fee
Your furniture will be placed and set up in your home by one of our delivery staff. Please have a clear pathway from the entrance to the room in which the furniture will be placed. Rooms and pathway must have any obstacles moved out of the path of our driver for his safety and so he can safely delivered your item. Our driver cannot remove or move existing furniture or electronic items.
Make sure the item you buy will fit in the doorways and/or stairway of your house.
We only delivery and pick-up within 25 miles of the store (or 50 miles round trip).
Anything over 25 miles is available but will require a additional fee. All items have to be purchased
online and/or paid in store, BEFORE we can deliver to your location. See store pick-up and delivery hours, below.
Flat Fee - 55.00
(per delivery and pick-up)

Local Fees - 1-5 miles: 27.00
(or 2-10 miles round trip)
Store Pick-Up and Delivery Times
Wednesday - Friday - 11am - 5pm
Saturday - 11am-6pm
Sunday - 12am - 4pm
Scheduling
Please contact us "48 hours" prior should you need to pick-up or delivery. We "DO NOT" call to confirm pick-ups and deliveries. We only call if we are unable to make the scheduled date due to unforeseen circumstances. We will try to give a 24 hour notice but sometimes unforeseen circumstances or urgencies only gives us hours or minutes to notify you. If this happen Renu will help reschedule you.
Pick-Up
Pickups are available at Renu only. Please call Valerie or e-mail her within 48 hours prior to your preferred date to schedule your order or pick-up.
We will assist you with the safe loading of your scheduled order. Please bring an appropriate sized vehicle with pads and securing ties. Please present a photo ID when picking up your merchandise.
