  Furnishing and Other removal services are for "free removal" of unwanted used or junk goods. After we remove all the unwanted items, Renu will give one of the following gift card:
  
  *$15 gift card for ten items or less
  *$25 gift card for ten items to thirty items
  *$50 gift card got thirty-one or more items (limit is $50)
  
  Any of these gift cards can be used for any items in "our store ONLY". These gift cards have no expiring date and cannot be redeemed for cash nor does it have any cash value. The following steps is how simple the removal process is: Call us at 540-709-1133 and let them know the kind of junk or used goods you own. Make sure you're as comprehensive as you can be so that we've got a solid idea of what kind of stuff you need removed. Once you give us the information we need, if we are both in agreement, you give the time and day you want us out there. We will remove all you want removed free of charge. Sometimes we may need to come and see just how much junk or used goods you've got. Most junk company charge you to haul your junk or used goods away. Not us, we do it for FREE PLUS give you a gift card to use in our store only.

  What furnishing will we take?

  There aren't set rules in the furnishing removal. No matter where we go there are particular items that have to be treated differently. Electronics and metal are two items which we will have no problems eliminating. We do however, have some restrictions on what we will take. No severely damaged furniture, harmful material, such as animal urine or infested furniture or hazard material. Those are best taken to your local dump or call your local dump to see if they'll take certain hazardous material.
